What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Build and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients

3+ years of HVAC sales experience, with proven leadership skills
